Fourtillfour - Adventure Cars
While Arizona’s weather has made it one of the top destinations for car enthusiasts to live, the off-road vehicles are better suited for the desert terrain that surrounds us. If you have not made it over to the local cafe for their final Saturday showcase each month, then make sure to add that to your April calendar. Don't forget to step inside for some shade and cold beverages as the heat takes over Old Town.

Toy Barn - Scottsdale
“The only difference between men and boys is the size of their toys” could be the motto for Toy Barn. The new Scottsdale Airpark location was BUZZIN last Saturday as the crowd caught their first glimpse of the barn animals. Live music and pastries kept the busy crowd content on the opening day. Stay tuned at @toybarnluxurygarages or toybarnstorage.com for future details.

Last Era Brand x Sushi Friend - "Fast Friends"
Saturday night was best described by the hosts themselves as “a small gathering of enthusiasts at our favorite sushi spot in the valley.” Car owners congregated to Central Phoenix for cars, sushi, and the great vibes that the event had to offer. The only thing more full than the parking was the bellies of all who partook in the sushi madness. Make sure to check out their announcements for any future events!

EXTENDED Editor's Choice - John Vaccaro
Join us as we take it back to the year 1976. Phoenix recently surpassed the population of 1 million residents and has turned into one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States. This just so happens to be the first year that the Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe was also brought to the US, and Arizona’s year round warm weather is making it a prime destination for car enthusiasts. The German manufacturer has even produced these rides in vibrant colors perfect for the landscape of the Southwest. You see prime examples across the state like ascot green, guards red, and light yellow- to name a few.
Fast forward to 2021 and the falling action of the COVID epidemic. More than half a million new homeowners have resided to the valley and toilet paper is finally back in stock (still not sure about that one). The car scene has hit the reset button after 2020 put the world on pause. In person auctions have returned to the global scale and last year’s hiatus will soon be long-forgotten. The Porsche 911 Turbo Coupes that were selling for around $30k in the 70s have skyrocketed over $150,000. A collector’s item for any flat-six fan. A pristine condition 1976 911 Turbo Coupe in light yellow comes up for sale down in Florida and you end up bringing her home to AZ. The dream has come true, but there is a kick. This isn’t just any 1976 Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe in light yellow. It just so happens to be the car that you saw on the streets of Phoenix almost 50 years prior.
Seems like a fairy tale, doesn’t it? Well, not for John Vaccaro. This is his story. John reached out to our team and asked that we help him fall in love with the car all over again. After linking up to capture a fresh perspective and share old stories; we can’t be any more excited to share the final product. Thank you, John for entrusting our team with such a great task. We hope to have brought some of the love you had from when you first saw the Turbo and remind you of what you’ve got your hands on - a piece of rolling art.

Making art and showing our perspective to the world is far more than a job, but a deep passion. We are just as grateful for the car owners at the weekend cars & coffee events, as any inquiries you send. The media allows us to constantly reminisce of peaceful, petrol-filled mornings. We hope that you can join us and see where the road leads.
